Pay Invoice via Wallet

Click the collapse arrow on the right side of the patient’s name card to expand and view all associated invoices (both paid and pending).
On the desired invoice card, click “View Invoice.”

If the invoice is still unpaid, a prompt will appear guiding you to complete the payment.

Click “Pay Invoice.”
If the patient's wallet is funded, a confirmation prompt will appear asking if you wish to proceed with payment from the wallet balance.
Click “Continue” to confirm.
The exact invoice amount will be automatically deducted from the patient’s wallet.
A confirmation message will appear indicating that the invoice has been successfully paid.
You may now proceed to print or download the invoice.
Note: If wallet funds are insufficient, prompt the patient to fund their wallet first (see Fund Patient Wallet).
