Key Features You Will Use Most
As a Doctor, you will primarily use NeoEHR to:
View and manage patient profiles, accessing comprehensive information including demographic details, medical history, and clinical records.
Conduct consultations and document findings by recording presenting complaints, vital signs, physical examination details, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and manage prescriptions for your patients with ease.
Order and record investigations, requesting lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures, and documenting the results in the system.
Schedule and manage procedures, consultations with specialists, and follow-up appointments for patients.
Review and update clinical records, including past medical and social histories, allergies, and previous treatments.
Admit, transfer, and discharge patients within the system as part of managing their care.
Generate clinical reports based on patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and other relevant data.
Consult with other doctors and specialists, requesting and documenting intra-facility consultations.
