This section will guide you through the initial setup and login process for NeoEHR, ensuring a smooth transition into your daily workflow.

System Requirements

To ensure optimal performance, your device should meet the following minimum requirements:
Operating System: Windows 10+, MacOS 10.15+, Ubuntu 20.04+
Hardware Requirements: CPU: 6th gen processor or above (core i7 recommended, core i5 minimum ), RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB recommended)
Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge
Internet Connection: Minimum 5 Mbps stable connection
Screen Resolution: Minimum 1440px (width) by 900px (height)

Accessing the EHR for the first time

You would have received a welcome email once added as a staff member in a hospital or clinic.
Click on the link in the email. It will take you to a facility-specific page where you can set up your password.
Once done, you can log in to begin exploring NeoEHR.

To log in to NeoEHR

Open your preferred web browser.
Enter the login URL of your hospital page which you received via email, or provided by your IT administrator (e.g. www.yourfacilityname.app.plural.health/ login).
Enter your email address and password.
Click Sign In.
Note: You should bookmark your facility url or install NeoEHR as a web app, in order to access the EHR easily.

Setting Up Your Profile

After logging in, navigate to the top-right corner and click on the profile avatar.

Click “Profile”

Complete/update your profile details, including contact information
Upload a profile picture (optional but recommended for staff identification).
To save the changes, click “Update Profile”
You can also change your password when needed through your profile tab.
